Emmanuel Anglican Church is  Reformed Evangelical Church. Which is a fancy way of saying that we believe the Bible.

 

And because we believe the Bible we believe that the gospel of Jesus is good news for every person. Jesus loves ordinary people just like us. Just like you. This love changes everything; it offers forgiveness of sins and friendship with God.

There are lots of opinions about what or who God is like. We believe that the Bible is God sharing his heart with us. When we read the Bible and explore its meaning together we learn about God, about our world, and about ourselves. It's encouraging, challenging, and good.

We love others. Or at least, with God's help, we're learning to love. This finds expression in real friendships, particularly expressed in Growth Groups, and in following Jesus' example as we seek, with the help of the Holy Spirit, to serve other people in love.
